Are special interest groups buying elections?
Last November, Washington’s 17th legislative district saw true NEA “democracy” in action as Monica Stonier and Julie Olson fought a closely-contested race for state representative. In the end, Stonier won the election with a difference of only 139 votes. Had Stonier not been a member of the Washington Education Association, the state teacher’s union, the outcome would likely have been quite different. Find out more about this controversial election here.
Special interest groups are now doing much more than just buying elections, and the Freedom Foundation is exposing it all this November.
The Freedom Foundation is visiting 35 cities in five days starting November 12th. We’ll expose the stranglehold that special interests have on your communities, your elected leaders, and your tax dollars. More importantly, you’ll learn what YOU can do to fight back and restore freedom and prosperity to Washington.
Seating is limited so reserve your spot now! All you need to do is go to www.freewatour.com, select your city, find your stop, and register today!
See you on the road to freedom.
