The San Juan County Council voted yesterday 5-1 to delay the CAO (Critical Areas Ordinance) implementation until March 2014. Obviously there are major problems with the CAO and how it will affect our county.Why didn’t Jamie Stevens support this action? Because he and Lovel Pratt have stated that they think the CAO is a good document.Maybe we need to clean house a little more.
