From our SJC Elections Office:
The 2013 April Special Election ballots were mailed to military and overseas voters on March 22 and the remainder of the ballots were mailed on April 3. Voters in the Lopez Island School District will be deciding a bond measure. Voters countywide will have the opportunity to elect council members from each of the three new County Council Residency Districts.
You can learn when your ballot reaches the Elections Office for processing at the My Vote website at www.MyVote.wa.gov. At My Vote you can also download a replacement ballot, update your address, find your voting history and more. If you do not receive your ballot, give our office a call so a replacement can be mailed to you.
Remember to return your ballot by Election Day, April 23, 2013. Your ballot must be postmarked by April 23 or deposited in a ballot drop box by 8 pm April 23.
